We are so blessed to have Lisa Quinn and her group from Trio Hospitality come take care of us! Lisa was the great cook at LA Salle for many years and struck out on her own to create Trio Hospitality. They have had success doing school lunch for a host of other Catholic schools. We are very lucky to have move into our kitchen and prepare meals for us here at CTK. The entire ownership group are La Salle alums! We truly are bringing in members of our extended family!
